Child hope foundation (CHF)  is an idependent,non profit organization,non-religious,non partisan  and   it was initiated and established in  year 2012 ,it was finally registered in 2014 in Dar es salaam Tanzania.  CHF aims at improving the quality of life of high vulnarable children and women at the grass root level .

The project operates in rural area of Kilimanjaro and Serengeti.These are tourism region in Tanzania,but inhabited with low income earnes most of the people are illiterate.We choose Serengeti and Kilimanjaro as our ideal sites for our Program because it is  the intersection of poverty and opportunities.

We recruit international volunteers to participate in offering assistance to our local community partners in Kilimanjaro and Serengeti .They can offer vital assistance to rural health clinic, rural elementary school, also they can participate on small business development,computer training,tree planting program, women empowerment ,seminars and workshop on health and entrepreneurship and responsible volunteering(serengeti

People: 
There are no age limits, however, the minimum recommended age is 18 for working and traveling in third world countries. We do offer a few projects where volunteers under 18 years old can join, as long as they have parental consent. However, require volunteers to be 20 years old or over. The maximum age range is generally up to 75 years old, depending on the project, but again there are some exceptions when the maximum age is 45 years old for outdoor/basic camping/wilderness type program mes

Our Organization is a nonprofit organization working to empower women through self-help initiatives. We are seeking to affect the economic and societal conditions in our communities. We are working with women in rural regions of Kilimanjaro and Serengeti where jobs are scarce and incomes for individuals and families are typically less than $1 per day. The residents are subsistence farmers and there is little opportunity to earn money in this area. One of the primary programs is the Woman Empowerment Program. This program is designed to provide opportunities for income and employment to the women through teaching them how to make handcrafted products, sales skills, poultry project ,and other various training's. Approximately 200 women are involved in these project. Teaching English project in Kindergarten school.
Money: 
To volunteer in Tanzania requires the purchase of two visas. The first tourist visa should be purchased at the airport at a cost of 50US$ (100US$ for American passport holders) allowing entry as a tourist. On arrival CHILD HOPE FOUNDATION and once you have selected the project of your choice you will need a business visa at a cost of 250US$ for a 1 to 3 month stay. CHF are happy to arrange for the provision of this visa for you together with airport pick up . We advise all volunteers to bring a minimum of 400US$ (450 US$ for American passport holders) with them to ensure all visa and transport costs are covered. Any volunteer wishing to stay for longer than three months are very welcome and should apply separately for visa costs. Visa requirements and fees are set by the Tanzanian government and are completely outside of CHF's control, however we cannot accept volunteers into our projects on a day to day basis as anything other than visitors without the provision of a business visa. Low cost local hostel accommodation is provided to all CHF volunteers on a sliding scale starting at 125US$ per week and then 250U$ for two weeks,375U$ for Three weeks ,475U$ for four weeks.600U$ for five weeks for stays and for 2 to 3 months the price will be 525U$ per month.
